Mixed Salad with Figs and Manchego
The perfect mixed salad with figs and manchego recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Handful Pick salad
- 1 Paprika
- 8 Mini vine tomatoes
- 150 g Manchego cheese
- 150 g Onion rings blue
- 3 tablespoon Olives
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic fig
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 3 Figs fresh
- Slice the tomatoes, remove the stalk from the figs, cut eighths and cut the bell peppers into narrow strips. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Place these ingredients on a plate alternately with the lettuce leaves, olives and onion rings. Always pepper a little in between.
- Put the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a screw-top jar, shake vigorously and pour over the salad.
