Mixed Salad with Figs and Manchego

The perfect mixed salad with figs and manchego recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Handful Pick salad
  • 1 Paprika
  • 8 Mini vine tomatoes
  • 150 g Manchego cheese
  • 150 g Onion rings blue
  • 3 tablespoon Olives
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic fig
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 Figs fresh
  1. Slice the tomatoes, remove the stalk from the figs, cut eighths and cut the bell peppers into narrow strips. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Place these ingredients on a plate alternately with the lettuce leaves, olives and onion rings. Always pepper a little in between.
  2. Put the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a screw-top jar, shake vigorously and pour over the salad.
