As leftovers for Mon Cherie

For the dough, melt the butter and Mon Cherie in a double boiler and let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy, then fold in the lukewarm chocolate mixture. Mix the flour with the cinnamon and cocoa and stir in. Stir in rum or kirsch, if desired. Pour the dough into a 26 cm springform pan or a 20 x 30 cm baking pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes. The dough should still stick to the skewer when inserted. Then let it cool in the pan. If you like, spread frosting on top. Cut into pieces of any size.
