Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60 g almonds, ground
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Butter for the mold
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Place the butter, sugar, and eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk until fluffy. Mix the baking powder with the flour in a small bowl. Also in a small bowl, mix the orange juice and lemon juice. Then alternately add the flour-baking powder mixture and the juice mixture to the batter. Finally, fold in the almonds. Grease the cake tin with a little butter and pour the prepared batter into the cake tin. Place the cake tin in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool and then top with the orange marmalade.
