Mozzarella and mushroom pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ball of mozzarella (125 g)
  • 160 g spaghetti
  • 6 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and roast them in hot oil until the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into thin strips. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse. Combine the pasta with the mozzarella, basil, and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper again if desired.
