- 300 g Kubi tal-ananas friski
- 1 Bżar tal-bżar aħmar
- 1 tbsp Melħ tal-baħar
- 2 tbsp zokkor

- Peel / clean the pineapple and cut into bite-sized cubes. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Thoroughly grind all dip ingredients (chilli peppers, salt and sugar) in a mortar. Serve the pineapple cubes with the dip as finger food. Toothpicks or small cake forks are enough.
