Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of mushrooms, brown
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some turmeric, optional
  • some olive oil
  • some olive oil (porcini mushroom olive oil)
  • some parsley
  • 1 jar capers
  • 2 tbsp, heaped walnuts
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine for mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the brown mushrooms in the oil with the onion. Add the Cremefine. Season everything with pepper, salt, and turmeric. Add the parsley, capers, and walnuts. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with Kuko Mushroom Rice.
