Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 g tomatoes, chopped, from the can
- 1 tsp dried herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 50 g breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Clean and slice the mushrooms. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the Provençal herbs and paprika seasoning and place them in a baking dish (approximately 15 x 25 cm) along with the mushrooms. Mix the grated cheese with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the mushrooms. Bake in the middle oven rack for 15-20 minutes. Serve with baguette or ciabatta bread. 350 kcal per serving.
