Mushrooms in garlic sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg mushrooms
  • 2 tsp salt (herb butter salt)
  • 2 tsp tzatziki salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 some vegetable oil
  • 1 n. B. Turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tsp dill tips
  • 375 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the mushrooms: If possible, avoid using a cast iron pan, as they will turn black. Set the heat to maximum. Add the oil to the pan and sauté the onion. Then add the mushrooms. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons each of herb butter salt, tzatziki salt, and a little turmeric over the mushrooms. Cook everything until golden brown. After 5 minutes, add salt and then taste. Season to taste with herb butter salt and table salt. Allow all the water to evaporate. For the garlic sauce: Place the low-fat quark and mayonnaise in a bowl, then fill the mayonnaise jar 3/4 full with milk and shake. Then add it to the bowl. Add the garlic, dill sprigs, and salt to taste. Thin with more milk if desired.
