Mushrooms with Eggs and Cream

The perfect mushrooms with eggs and cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Mushrooms fresh, cut
  • 1 Pc Medium-Sized onion, diced
  • 2 Pc. Eggs, quierlt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Whipped cream 40% fat
  • 2 tsp Butter
  1. First fry the onion in butter until it is translucent.
  2. Then add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the eggs with the whipped cream, salt, pepper and parsley and pour over the mushrooms.
  4. Fry everything on low heat until the eggs are done.
  5. Mashed potatoes or fried potatoes go very well with this.
