Mushrooms with Eggs and Cream
The perfect mushrooms with eggs and cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Mushrooms fresh, cut
- 1 Pc Medium-Sized onion, diced
- 2 Pc. Eggs, quierlt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Whipped cream 40% fat
- 2 tsp Butter
- First fry the onion in butter until it is translucent.
- Then add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the eggs with the whipped cream, salt, pepper and parsley and pour over the mushrooms.
- Fry everything on low heat until the eggs are done.
- Mashed potatoes or fried potatoes go very well with this.
