Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg mussels (mussels)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 325 ml white wine (Chardonnay)
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 30 ml olive oil
- some salt
- some pepper
- a little chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Discard any open mussels, as all mussels should be closed before cooking. Bring the tomato juice and wine to a boil. Then add the mussels, chopped onion, chopped garlic, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook the mussels for about 4-10 minutes. Discard any mussels that are still closed before serving.
