Mustard Eggs
The perfect mustard eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Potatoes
- Water
- 60 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Pc. Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Broth
- 200 g Mustard
- 8 Pc. Eggs
- Chopped parsley
- Peel and cook the potatoes.
- Mix the flour with the milk in a bowl.
- Dice the onions and lightly brown them in a pan with the butter.
- Add the milk-flour mixture, add salt, pepper and sugar. Let it set over medium heat until the mixture is creamy.
- Stir in the stock and mustard.
- Boil the eggs hard, peel them and add them to the sauce.
- When the eggs are a little pulled through, place a few potatoes with two eggs each on plates and garnish with pertersil.
