Mustard – Sol – Eggs

The perfect mustard – sol – eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Quail eggs
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar pink
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 250 ml Water
  1. Mix the ingredients into a bath water for the eggs.
  2. Bring the eggs to a boil in it, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Fish out the eggs, hit a little and place in a glass.
  4. Pour the brew over the top.
  5. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few days.
