Mustard – Sol – Eggs
The perfect mustard – sol – eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 Quail eggs
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar pink
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 250 ml Water
- Mix the ingredients into a bath water for the eggs.
- Bring the eggs to a boil in it, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Fish out the eggs, hit a little and place in a glass.
- Pour the brew over the top.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few days.
