Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g flour (chickpea)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

Persian cookies made from chickpea flour

Knead all ingredients thoroughly, wrap in foil and let rest for at least 6 hours. Form the dough into small balls, flatten, and bake at 160-170°C for about 15 minutes.
