Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g nuts, chopped (free choice)
  • 40 g flaxseed meal
  • 60 g quinoa
  • 20 g psyllium husks
  • 120 g flakes, e.g. oat, buckwheat, millet flakes, etc.
  • 200 g dried fruit such as dates, raisins, figs, etc.
  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 150 ml oil, e.g. coconut oil, rapeseed oil, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sweeten with dates or similar, ingredients can be changed optionally

Mix all dry ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Blend the sweet dried fruit with the oat milk. Heat the fat until it is liquid. Mix everything well. The mixture will be crumbly and slightly sticky. If the mixture is too dry (not at all sticky), add an egg white and another 50g of flakes if necessary. Spread the mixture thinly (approx. 5mm) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. There may be enough mixture for a quarter of a second baking sheet. Bake everything on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Cut the sheet with a pizza cutter while it is still hot. The taste and texture will only be best once the cereal bars have cooled completely. Store the cereal bars in a container lined with parchment paper. 2000 kcal.
