Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 handfuls of nettles, young, tender leaves
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 250 g crabs, peeled
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 ml milk
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil

delicious with pasta or rice
Dice the onions and bell peppers and sauté them in a little oil. Deglaze with the milk. Dissolve the cream cheese in it. Add the prawns. Wash the nettle leaves, drain well, and mill them. Stir in the garlic and nettles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
