New Zealand Pavlova
The perfect new zealand pavlova recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 Pc. Protein
- 500 ml Water
- 1 kg Sugar
- 500 ml Cream
- 5 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 kg Strawberries
- 10 Pc. Kiwi fruit
- Beat the egg whites on the highest level of the mixer until stiff, add water and continue beating. Add the sugar in portions while beating. Beat slower and stir in the vanilla essence and starch one after the other.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (flat pan) and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Then let it cool completely in the oven. Do not open the door or the Pavlova will collapse.
- Whip the cream and sugar until stiff, spread on the pavlova and garnish with strawberries and / or kiwi slices.
