Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 300 g chicken fillet(s)
- 400 g gnocchi (refrigerated section)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- Salt
- pepper, black
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
without cream
Wash and trim the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the garlic. Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and brown the meat all over, then remove. Fry the gnocchi in the fat until golden brown, then remove. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and brown the zucchini. Add the garlic, tomatoes, and oregano and cook. Deglaze with 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, and stir in the vegetable stock. Add the meat and gnocchi again and heat through. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
