Non-alcoholic strawberry limeade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • e.g. basil, fresh
  • 100 ml elderflower syrup
  • 800 ml carbonated mineral water, cold
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with elderflower lemonade

Wash the strawberries, chop a few into small pieces, and puree the rest with sugar and lemon juice (if you like, you can also puree a few basil leaves). Pour cold mineral water over the syrup. Pour the elderflower lemonade over the pureed strawberries. Serve in glasses with ice cubes, fresh basil, and strawberry pieces. Tip: If desired, you can also add a few lemon zest to the drinks.
