Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta
- 1 zucchini, green, 250 g
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 corners of herb melted cheese, 31.25 g each
- 1 corner(s) cream cheese spread 31.25 g
- 50 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- Seasoning salt (tomato-mozzarella)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 pinch of harissa
- Broth powder
- Margarine for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper. Heat the margarine in a pan. Add the onion and fry. When golden brown, add the vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cheese wedges, milk, broth, and seasonings. Heat everything gently. If the vegetable pan isn’t creamy enough, add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Drain the pasta and add it to the vegetables. Mix everything together and serve.
