Noodle soup with beef

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg beef soup meat
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 4 liters of water
  • Beef broth, instant
  • Soup noodles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Wash the meat, pat dry, and bring to a boil in a large pot of cold water. In the meantime, clean and peel the vegetables and chop them into large pieces. When the water is boiling, add the beef broth. Then add the chopped vegetables. Bring everything to a boil and then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Cook the soup noodles shortly before the end of the cooking time. Remove the meat from the soup in portions and chop them up. This way, everyone can have as much meat, noodles, and soup as they want. The cooked vegetables are always what makes it special, I think.
