Ingredients
- 1 Can Canned beef in its own juice
- 1 kl. Onion
- 5 Cocktail tomatoes
- 5 Tomato paste
- 5 Rosemary, sage, thyme
- Curry and pepper
- 2 Shot Red wine
- Pasta
Instructions
- Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Fry the beef chopped up with the meat juice and onions.
- Then add a little tomato paste and deglaze with a little red wine. While it is boiling, gradually add some of the pasta water.
- Add the herbs and spices and season to taste again. If it is too spicy, you can add a little pasta water. Good Appetite!
