Noodles with crab and sour cream topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. penne)
  • 200 g crabs (e.g. pickled arctic crabs)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch spring onion(s), with fresh green parts, cut into rolls
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, gently fry the spring onions in a large pan with a little olive oil. Add the crab and its brine. Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, and milk together and add. Slowly reduce; the sauce shouldn’t be too runny. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce in the pan. Finally, fold in the quartered cherry tomatoes. Heat everything quickly and serve immediately.
