- 250 g pasta of your choice
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 20 g butter
- 20 g sugar

Dessert with cookie effect
First, cook the pasta in hot water according to the package instructions (or use leftover cooked pasta). Drain the pasta through a sieve. Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the sugar, finely ground hazelnuts, and pasta and mix well. Serve hot. This is a highly addictive dessert that works well as a main course or as a dessert (especially during the Christmas season, as it’s reminiscent of nut cookies). It sounds simple, but it tastes like a favorite dish and needs no extra finishing touches to satisfy all tastes.
