Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g Gouda or Emmental cheese, grated
- 50 g feta cheese or Parmesan, crumbled or grated
- 120 g crumbled black bread (approx. 40 g per slice)
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- herbs as desired
- possibly oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead the ingredients (you can also use a mixer with a dough hook), then form small patties with wet hands. Fry in a pan with oil at a moderate temperature until golden brown on all sides (about 15 minutes). Or place in a baking dish, cover, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown. This quantity is enough for about 12 patties. Serve with fried potatoes, for example.
