- 2 Zatsopano shallots
- 1 Garlic wa adyo
- 1 Zambiri Walnut watsopano
- Sage mwatsopano
- Butter
- 350 g Hokkaido nyama dzungu
- 500 g pastry
- 500 g mafuta
- 200 ml Riesling youma
- 200 ml Cream
- 800 ml Msuzi wa masamba
- 800 ml Salt
- 1 tsp Mchere wothira
- 1 tsp Tsabola wa adyo
- Mwatsopano grated nutmeg
- Tsabola wa chitumbuwa
- 150 g Tchizi buluu

- Peel shallots ndi dzungu. Dice shallots ndi finely kabati adyo. Sambani mafuta odzola, gwedezani ndikudula kwambiri. Pafupifupi kuwaza walnuts. Kokani kabati thupi dzungu. Chotsani rind kuchokera ku tchizi ndikudula pafupifupi tchizi.
- Kenako tenthetsani batala mu poto ndikuyamba mwachangu tchire, chotsani ndikuyika pambali. Kenaka muwotchere walnuts mu batala yotsalayo, chotsani ndi kuika pambali.
- Tsopano onjezerani mafuta pang'ono mu poto ndikuwotcha shallots, kenaka yonjezerani dzungu ndi pasitala. Ndiye deglaze ndi vinyo woyera, kirimu ndi masamba katundu. Onjezerani mchere pang'ono ndikusakaniza zonse bwino! Valani chivindikiro ndikuphika kwa mphindi 10-15, mpaka Zakudyazi zitanyowa madziwo.
- Kenaka yikani cambozola ndi kusungunula. Nyengo kuti mulawe ndi mchere wothira, tsabola wa adyo, tsabola ndi nutmeg. Pindani mtedza. Ndiye kufalitsa pasitala pa mbale ndi kuwaza ndi yokazinga tchire! Kutumikira!
- Pasitala iyi ndi yokoma, mtedza, crispy, zonunkhira, zamasamba, pang'ono pa chirichonse! Mnzanga sakonda dzungu, koma tsopano analawa! 🙂
