Kwa supu ya tomato:
- 1 kg Tomato wa Beefsteak
- 4 ndodo Selari
- 1 PC. Anyezi
- 2 tbsp Mafuta a mpendadzuwa
- 2 tbsp Shuga wofiirira
- 320 ml Msuzi wa masamba
- 1 tsp Coriander pansi
- 1 tbsp Phwetekere phwetekere
- Tabasco
- 2 PC. Mawang'anga
Kwa mkate:
- 400 g Maluwa
- 1 pakiti Pawudala wowotchera makeke
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed wosweka
- 2 tbsp mafuta
- 325 ml Water
- 20 g Mtedza wa pine
Kwa basil pesto:
- 50 g Masamba Basil
- 50 g Parmesan watsopano wothira
- 40 g Mtedza wa pine
- 2 PC. Manja a adyo
- 0,5 tsp Mchere wamchere wonyezimira
- 120 ml Maolivi azitona

Msuzi wa Tomato:
- Muzimutsuka tomato ndi kuchotsa zimayambira. Dulani tomato pamwamba pake ndikuyika m'madzi otentha kwa mphindi ziwiri. Sambani tomato ndi madzi ozizira, peel ndi kuwadula. Sambani udzu winawake, nadzatsuka ndi kudula mu magawo. Peel ndi kudula anyezi. Simmer mu mafuta otentha mpaka translucent. Onjezerani shuga ndi caramelize pamene mukuyambitsa mpaka kuwala kofiirira. Onjezerani tomato, celery ndi stock. Nyengo ndi mchere ndi coriander ndi kuphika mu chotsekedwa saucepan kwa mphindi 2.
- Pewani lalanje ngati apulo, ndikudulanso khungu loyera. Chotsani zipolopolo za lalanje ndi mpeni wakuthwa kumanzere ndi kumanja kwa ogawa, kugwira madzi.
