Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- some cinnamon
- 160 g oat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder, gluten-free
- 160 g oat flakes
- e.g. dried fruit or chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours. Form into small balls, flatten slightly with a fork, and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
