Oil and Herb Sauce

The perfect oil and herb sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 1 handful Herbs
  1. Squeeze half a lemon and the clove of garlic. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in the olive oil in a thin stream.
