Oktoberfest Burger
The perfect oktoberfest burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pretzel rolls
- 4 Discs Leberkäse, approx. 400 g
- 4 Radish
- 4 Discs Mountain cheese
- 4 tbsp Coleslaw
- 4 tsp Roasted onions
- 100 g Mustard sweet
- 100 g Sour cream
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 2 tsp Vegetable cream for frying
- Briefly heat the pretzel rolls in the preheated oven.
- Heat the vegetable cream in a large pan. Fry the Leberkäse in it for 1–2 minutes on each side. Remove.
- Drain the coleslaw very well. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Mix the sour cream and mustard. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves and pat dry.
- Cut the pretzel roll and coat all halves with mustard cream. Cover the lower halves with meat loaf, mountain cheese, iceberg and coleslaw and radishes. Scatter fried onions over the top. Place the top halves of the bun on top.
- Tip 5: If you don’t like mustard that much (like our child) you can also use ketchup to spread.
