This is how the OMAD diet works
OMAD stands for “One meal a day” and that is the program with this form of interval fasting. No food is allowed 23 hours a day. You can only drink low-calorie drinks, such as water or herbal teas.
A meal can only be eaten once a day. Even dessert after a meal is taboo. However, you don’t have to pay attention to the number of calories. Anything that pleases is allowed. Even pizza, burgers, and rich casseroles are no problem.
However, there is a strict rule regarding the size of the portion: the food on the plate must not be higher than 7 centimeters. In addition, the plate may have a maximum diameter of 28 centimeters.

Why the OMAD Diet is Dangerous
The strictest form of intermittent fasting can be dangerous for the body and mind on several levels:
