Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 500 g whole wheat spaghetti or spelt spaghetti
  • 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 9 tbsp yeast flakes (brewer’s yeast flakes)
  • 9 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Wash, quarter, and slice the zucchini. Peel and slice the carrots. Combine all ingredients, except the soy cream, in a large pot and cook for 10 minutes. Then stir in the soy cream.
