Thermomix recipe, yeast dough and onion mixture
For the dough, put the ingredients, except for the flour, into the Thermomix and cook for 1 minute at 40 degrees Celsius on speed 2. Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes on bread setting (kneading speed 0). Sprinkle a little more flour on top if necessary so that the dough comes away from the edges. Briefly knead the dough on a work surface and let it rise in a bowl, covered, for 30 minutes in a warm place. For the onion mixture, finely chop the onions. Fry the bacon. Steam the finely chopped onions in a covered pan for about 20 minutes. Mix the eggs with flour, salt, and sour cream and mix into the steamed onions. Season the topping with pepper. Then roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Pour the hot onion mixture on top and let the dough rise again for 15-30 minutes. Bake the onion tart at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for half an hour.
