Onion Mushrooms with Potatoes

The perfect onion mushrooms with potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 2 piece Chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 handful Ceshew nuts
  • 3 tbsp Chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Sauté the onion in the butter.
  2. Brush and cut the mushrooms. Then put them in the swiveled onions and steam them for a few minutes. In the meantime, put the nuts in a blender, add some water and puree, then add this to the mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Now season the whole thing with salt and pepper and add the chopped dill.
