Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g zucchini
- 300 g orange juice
- 1 pack of citric acid
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange baking)
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 1:2
- 50 ml Cointreau
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, deseed, and puree the zucchini. Add the orange juice, citric acid, and orange zest, and stir in the gelling sugar. Cook according to the package instructions and stir in the Cointreau before bottling. Pour the jam into screw-top jars and turn them upside down for 5 minutes.
