Oriental Bolognese Sauce with Fine Mint …

The perfect oriental bolognese sauce with fine mint … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 gr Minced lamb
  • 1 size Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Carrots
  • 0,5 bunch Smooth Peterslie
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp White milled pepper
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Ajvar
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • Oil for frying
  • 600 ml Water
  1. Finely chop the onions, garlic and carrots and fry in a little oil. Season the lamb with 1 tablespoon of salt and add the ajvar and knead everything well. Add to the vegetables in the pan and fry well for 15-20 minutes.
