- 300 gr Minced lamb
- 1 size Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Carrots
- 0,5 bunch Smooth Peterslie
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 0,5 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp White milled pepper
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Ajvar
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- Oil for frying
- 600 ml Water
- Finely chop the onions, garlic and carrots and fry in a little oil. Season the lamb with 1 tablespoon of salt and add the ajvar and knead everything well. Add to the vegetables in the pan and fry well for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the tomato pulp with water. Mix in all the spices except for the mint and parsley.
