Our Vegetarian Burgers
The perfect our vegetarian burgers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Lenses
- 3 tbsp Couscous
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Sage leaves
- Finely chopped parsley
- Lemon balm leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Roasted onions
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 pinch Chilli powder
- Oil for frying
- Soak the lentils in warm water for about 1 hour.
- Clean the zucchini and grate very finely. Finely chop the herbs. Drain the lentils. Mix all ingredients together and, if necessary, bind with more breadcrumbs or oatmeal. Shape the burger and fry in hot oil.
- With a salad or steamed vegetables. Simply delicious.
