Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g celery
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- some olive oil
- some lemon juice
- some salt and pepper
- curry powder
- chili

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
easy and fast
Wash and trim the celery stalks. Either leave the stalks whole or cut them into bite-sized pieces. Spray the celery with olive oil or toss it well with oil in a bowl. Season the celery and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Combine the cream cheese with a little lemon juice and beat until creamy. Serve with the celery.
