Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, halved
- ¼ zucchini
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp crème fraîche
- Parsley

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Hollow out the pepper halves. Finely dice the zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and feta cheese, mix with crème fraîche, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Fill the pepper halves and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
