Oven Triplets

- 1 kg Triplets
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Wash and dry potatoes. Cut through the larger specimens once, leaving the small ones whole so that everything is roughly the same size.
- Put in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil so that everything is moistened.
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° top / bottom heat (circulating air 190 °).
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the potatoes on top. Turn the cut surfaces of the halved potatoes downwards.
