Ingredients
 

  • 2 slices Whole wheat sandwich toast
  • 0,5 Red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Clove of garlic
  • 2 leaves Radicchio
  • 2 slices Gouda cheese
  • 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • Pepper, oregano
  • Fresh sauerkraut

Instructions
 

  • Dice the garlic very finely, cut the onion rings, quarter them, cut the paprika into small cubes. Cover the two slices of toast with garlic, onions and paprika, season with pepper and oregano and place a slice of cheese on top of each. The topped toast baked (I have a Toast'n Grill, it goes very quickly, you can of course make it in the oven with grill function).
  • In the meantime, cut the radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
  • When the cheese has melted nicely and starts to form bubbles, place the first toast on a plate, spread half of the prepared radicchio on it, pour some fresh sauerkraut on top, a little yoghurt on top, then the remaining radicchio and finally the second toast slice with the Put the topping down as a cover. FINISHED!
  • Makes you feel full and can be varied as you like (other salad, tzatziki, feta cubes in between, etc. etc.) It's best to eat mandas with a knife and fork, otherwise there’s a mess ...
