Small Almond Chocolate Cake

The perfect small almond chocolate cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 150 g Ground almonds
  • 50 g Dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1,5 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 3 Eggs
  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy. Add the eggs, as well as the almonds, cocoa, baking powder and flour. Mix into a smooth dough and fold in the finely chopped chocolate, as well as stir in the amaretto (also serve alcohol-free). Put in a greased and floured springform pan (20cm diameter) and bake at 180 ° C for one hour. Then let it cool down.
