Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tsp all-spice
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 pack of saffron
  • 1 vegetable onion(s), diced
  • 500 g turkey goulash (organic meat)
  • ½ can peas
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 3 cubes of chicken broth or 3 small bowls
  • 4 pangasius fillets
  • 10 cockles
  • 15 large mussels
  • 250 g shrimp(s) with tail
  • 300 g paella rice
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Sauté the onion in plenty of olive oil over low heat. After 10 minutes, add the garlic and all the spices. Brown the meat. Increase the heat slightly, otherwise the meat will dry out! Dice the tomatoes and add them. Add the chopped fish. Add the drained peas. After 5 minutes, add the rice. Dissolve the chicken stock in 1.5 liters of water and add it. Add all the mussels and shrimp on top. Cook for about 50 minutes. Add more water as needed.
