Pak Choi and white cabbage vegetables à la Didi

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 2 pak choi plants
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp, leveled caraway powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, white
  • 1 tsp, leveled nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegetarian

Wash the bok choy and white cabbage and cut into small, bite-sized pieces. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and simmer the vegetables and potatoes for about 30 minutes, until tender. Drain the water and mash the vegetables as desired. Mix the cream with the spices and add. Bring the vegetables back to a boil while stirring, reduce the heat if necessary, and season to taste. Plate and serve.
