Black pudding without bacon.
- 1 Pc. Blunt
- 150 g Onion rings
- 2 tablespoon Clarified butter
- Black pepper from the mill
- 4 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
- 0,75 liter Salted water
- 1 piece Butter
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
Shopping tip:
- We order Blunz from our trusted butcher. He then makes black pudding without “Griebcher”.
