Pancake Hunter Style

The perfect pancake hunter style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Pancake batter:
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Some Milk
  • Filling:
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 400 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 0,5 Clove of garlic
  • Some tomato paste
  • Some vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Chili oil
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough vigorously. The dough shouldn’t be too runny. Bake the two pancakes one after the other and place in the oven to keep them warm. In the meantime, finely dice the onion. Put some chilli oil in the pan and let the onions become translucent. Add the cleaned and flaky mushrooms and let brown lightly. Take out of the pan and set aside. Fry the minced meat in the remaining fat until crumbly, adding the pressed garlic. Put the mushrooms that have been set aside back into the pan and stir in. Add a little vegetable stock to the minced meat mixture. Add tomato paste and the spices and season to taste. Place the minced meat mixture in the middle of each pancake and sprinkle with the parsley. Close and arrange on plates. Sprinkle some parsley on top as well. It tasted good to us.
