Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g pancakes, cut into noodles
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, diced
- 100 g ham, diced
- 3 small carrots, halved and sliced
- 1 small zucchini, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 ml broth
- 80 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the ham and fry. Add the remaining vegetables, sauté briefly, and pour in the broth. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add the noodles to the pan and mix everything together. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
