Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillet(s), (Pangasius), fresh or frozen
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 150 g cream cheese
- dill
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Thaw the pangasius fillets if desired, rinse briefly, and pat dry. Season on both sides with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper, if desired. Grease a baking dish and place the fish fillets side by side. For the topping, quarter the cherry tomatoes and finely dice the onion. Mix with the cream cheese and plenty of dill. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the fish fillets. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rösti and a fresh salad, for example.
