Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base
- 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla flavor)
- 2 cups sour cream
- some milk
- 500 g strawberries, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Strawberry Vanilla Cake
Wash the strawberries and halve them depending on their size. Cover the cake base with the strawberries. Using a mixer, mix the cream powder with the sour cream. If the mixture becomes too thick, you can add a little milk. Be careful, the mixture should be spreadable but not runny. Pour the finished vanilla sour cream mixture onto the cake base with the strawberries and spread it out with a knife so that everything is evenly covered. If you have any strawberries left over, decorate the cake with them now. If you don’t have any strawberries, you can also use other fruit, such as canned peaches. But strawberries taste best.
