Party Bun Loaf
The perfect party bun loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spelled flour 1050
- 2 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Warm water
- 150 ml Milk warm
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 100 g Yogurt
- Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well and add water with milk. Spread the yeast, stir and sprinkle with flour! Let rise for 10 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble.
- Then knead everything well with salt and yogurt. Then cover and let rise for at least 45 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 250-300 °!
- Shape dough into 10 balls and turn in flour. Place the balls side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake the rolls in the oven (ideally at 300 ° degrees) for about 10 minutes. Then switch back to 250 degrees, then bake for another 5-10 minutes! Let cool down on a wire rack!
- Of course, you can also put the rolls individually on a baking sheet or as bread or baguette! 🙂
