Party Bun Loaf

The perfect party bun loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spelled flour 1050
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Warm water
  • 150 ml Milk warm
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 100 g Yogurt
  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well and add water with milk. Spread the yeast, stir and sprinkle with flour! Let rise for 10 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble.
  2. Then knead everything well with salt and yogurt. Then cover and let rise for at least 45 minutes!

Preheat the oven to 250-300 °!

  1. Shape dough into 10 balls and turn in flour. Place the balls side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake the rolls in the oven (ideally at 300 ° degrees) for about 10 minutes. Then switch back to 250 degrees, then bake for another 5-10 minutes! Let cool down on a wire rack!
  2. Of course, you can also put the rolls individually on a baking sheet or as bread or baguette! 🙂
