Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour (type 550)
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Egg yolk, for brushing
- possibly grains, for sprinkling

Melt the butter and warm the milk. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Crumble the yeast over the dough, sprinkle with the sugar, and pour in the lukewarm milk and butter. Do not mix! Let stand for 10-15 minutes, until bubbles appear. Mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms and knead. Cover the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form rolls. Place one roll in the center of a baking sheet lined with baking paper and the others around it, spacing them slightly apart. Let it rise on a radiator until it has doubled in size. Brush the party wreath with beaten egg yolk and, if desired, sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
